Visualization to change your internal state.

During a round of golf, we may very well experience feelings of fear that cause us to doubt ourselves.

When we notice these feelings come up, it is a great opportunity to visualize something that can make us feel happy, relaxed, confident, and secure.

We've all had moments in our lives where we felt in the flow. Whether that was on a beautiful hike out in nature, on a favorite vacation with our loved ones, or past successes on the golf course.

Research in the field of neuroscience has shown that visualization can not only tell our bodies what to do in a certain situation, but it can also alter our mood and change the way we feel at any moment in time.

Knowing this, it is our responsibility to anchor this powerful tool that we all have at our disposal and to use it to our advantage on and off the course.
